To Andreas, Raphael and Dimitris,
We just wanted to say a huge thank you for everything, this past week was easily one of the best travel experiences we've ever had, and that is entirely because of the three of you. The boat, the islands, the water, yes all were amazing, however the real reason we will never shut up about this trip is the crew!
Andreas, thank you for your calm and steady presence. You kept us safe, brought us to more beautiful places than we could have ever imagined, somehow managed to deal with our music choices and general chaos with total composure. When push comes to shore, you were the MVP of the trip.
Raphael, we are still emotionally recovering from your cooking. You have ruined food for us in the best way. Every meal was insane, and we still don't know how you did it without even breaking a sweat. Beyond the food, you were just so kind, funny, easy to be around. You made us feel like guests in your home instead of just passengers on a boat.
Dimitris, You were always in the right place at the right time. Whether it was fixing something, helping us on and off the boat, or just cracking jokes that made everyone lough, you made everything seem easy and fun. Whether it was yoga, or seeing ports of Greece that felt like secrets, you played such a big role in making it all possible.
We'll remember this trip for a lifetime and if we're lucky, we'll be back to do it all over again. Thank you for everything.
P.S. We will be waiting for the publishing of Rafael's cookbook!

I always felt my family was safe under your leadership, which is so beyond comforting. I truly don't think there are the right words to describe what you brought to this trip. Not only for the crew, but for our girls as well. You genuinely made them feel so confident and secure while still allowing them the grace to be silly and carefree. It has been so special to see them glowing and feeling so well taken care of. A year ago when i started looking at booking our catamaran adventure in beautiful Greece i had no idea what to expect. What will the crew be like, will everyone fit on the boat ok, will i get sea sick, all that worry was gone the moment we arrived! You treated us as family and made sure we were always well informed! Most of all you make us feel safe! You always went out of your way to capture all our adventures with amazing drone footage! I don't know how you did it but you out did yourself with every meal! Each breakfast, lunch and dinner kept getting better and better. Thank you for sharing your love of cooking with us and giving us the opportunity to taste some of your delicious family recipes.
