His first-hand experience of the BVI allows him to offer guests an authentic and highly personalised experience of one of the Caribbean’s most celebrated cruising destinations.

His career has included senior leadership positions such as Head of Watersports at Necker Island, Richard Branson’s private island retreat, where he developed extensive experience in vessel operations, crew leadership, guest safety, and delivering exceptional service in a high-end environment.

A qualified Divemaster with extensive marine knowledge, Jonny brings a calm and professional presence to every voyage while ensuring a relaxed, welcoming atmosphere onboard. His background in sailing, foiling, surfing, kitesurfing, and diving has given him a deep respect for the ocean, an ability to adapt confidently to changing conditions, and an unwavering focus on safety and performance.

CHEF MOLLY

Molly spent her childhood exploring the world with her family, gaining a deep appreciation for other cultures and often experiencing this through food. She began solo traveling in her twenties where she fell in love with South east Asia and Mediterranean cooking. Having learnt to cook, she continued to travel in her kitchen, experimenting with new and exciting recipes.

Driven by a love of travel, the ocean, and fine cuisine, she eventually found her way to the yachting world—a place where culinary creativity meets adventure. Molly brings global flavors, seasonal ingredients, and personalised menus to life for guests exploring some of the most beautiful destinations on earth. After a couple of summer seasons in the Mediterranean exploring Croatia, Greece and Sicily, Molly swapped the sea for the slopes and worked as a private chef in ski chalets in France. Whilst she loved learning to ski, the beach called again and Molly answered, bringing her to the beautiful British Virgin Islands.

As Molly begins her second season in the British Virgin Islands, she plans to continue creating exceptional dishes to wow guests. Off the boat, Molly looks forward to putting on her scuba gear and enjoying the wonderful underwater garden the Caribbean has to offer.

Every meal is an opportunity for Molly to tell a story, and every charter is a chance to elevate the experience through food. Whether provisioning in remote ports or designing menus around dietary needs and cultural preferences, she takes pride in being adaptable, resourceful, and always passionate about what she does. Molly can’t wait to welcome you onboard Triwing Carida and cook up a storm!

August 2026 - Yacht Review

A Massive THANK YOU! From the bottom of our hearts for this absolutely phenomenal week! We are all so unbelievably grateful that we could have this incredible experience together and with the best skipper and hostess ever!! Every day was filled with so much laughter and adventure from the most unique experiences from e-biking to e-foiling haha and all the cocktails and sunsets in between. This trip will forever remain in all of our hearts as the best group trip we've ever had, a truly once in a lifetime experience. Thank you for giving us such an unforgettable, wonderful, and truly extraordinary adventure!

August 2026 - Yacht Review

Thank you for the most special week we've ever had! Sailing for a week has been a lifelong dream for me & I had the time of my life. Thank you for the delicious food, the safe navigation, & your warm hospitality. Thank you for showing us the most special parts of Croatia & for being so patient with our kids! Thank You!!!

Thank you for a fun and amazing time! We loved the food and loved the beautiful places. This has been a trip that we will never forget!

August 2026 - Yacht Review

Thanks so much for making this week our first (and undoubtedly best) catamaran cruise! It's a special time for us all for many reasons (25th anniversary, 3 graduations, the passing of Louise's mum, and just celebrating life!). You are great hosts. Come to Canada some day.

August 2026 - Yacht Review

First of all, thanks for everything. We had an amazing week. You made our travel unforgettable! For sure next week when we are in gym we will all remember you and your delicious foods =) Also I have a personal thanks for the kids. They also enjoyed a lot with you and your conversation with them. Croatia is heaven and I hope we will continue to discover this beautiful country with you, and Carida once again =) Thanks again and hope to do it again next year!

August 2026 - Yacht Review

Wow what a beautiful way to spend a week! The most amazing trip we have ever had! Being with my kids is my greatest blessing and you both helped that. You both always made us feel safe and helped with all our questions. The cooking was amazing! Your a generous host and amazing chef. We are so on cloud 9 after this! Thank you!

I'm so appreciative of the incredible experiances you've given us. There was always someone to answer a question or help with something. Thank you both so much and I hope to hear from you again.

Prior Boat - Crew Review

Molly and Jonny were a pleasure to work with while planning our vacation, and even more enjoyable as we got to know them more throughout the charter week. We were blown away by Jonny’s extensive knowledge of the islands, the boat, and the local culture. He was always there to answer our questions and spark our curiosity about our daily activities. Molly’s cheerful personality came through in her cooking and personal interactions with all of us. It was great to have them involved in our excursions, and we left feeling that we had gained two new friends. They worked incredibly well together, and we couldn’t recommend them more for any future charters.

Prior Boat - Crew Review

Wow, wow wow! What can we say?! What words could fully encapsulate the impact your guidance, care and thoughtfulness have had on our trip? This week has been a treasure. A precious gift. The sweetest little piece of Paradise with incredible views & fantastic foods. Thank you for keeping us safe and well-fed. Thank you for your patience, your kindness (especially to Mary), and your willingness to let us in on your personal life. We are going to miss seeing you every morning and having the most mouth watering mealtimes. Thanks for making our family vacation so special. So. Special. Don't forget us when you are a famous chef and world-renowned captain!

Prior Boat - Crew Review

Thank you for an amazing week! I commented to Marci that what really mattered for this trip was the opportunity to spend time together as a family - particularly with my parents. An being in the BVI was just a nice setting for that, but your hospitality was off-the-charts, fitting in with our group as if you two were members of our family. From shopping with Marci to Molly sharing her cooking tips with us, you both fit in with our group perfectly and seamlessly. You both were a special part of this trip for us. Thank you again for a wonderful week, and we wish you the best for the rest of the season and in all your future endeavors.
