SEAS THE DAY

Born in Zagreb in 1999, Nola Rak moved to Istria at an early age, where his connection with the Adriatic Sea quickly developed into a lifelong passion for sailing. He began his professional career as a captain in 2020 and has since gained extensive experience commanding luxury sailing yachts and large catamarans throughout the Mediterranean.

His impressive background includes several Lagoon catamarans, including Lagoon Sixty 5 AMADA MIA. Having developed a strong understanding of both yacht operations and guest expectations, Nola brings his experience, professionalism and enthusiasm for sailing to SEAS THE DAY as her captain for the 2027 charter season.

When he is not setting sails or exploring the beautiful Croatian coastline, Nola swaps the sea for the mountains. An enthusiastic skier, snowboarder and hiker, he enjoys spending his free time outdoors, whether carving through fresh snow or discovering scenic mountain trails.

With her roots in the beautiful Istrian peninsula, Srdjana brings a wonderful combination of Mediterranean hospitality, culinary expertise and extensive yachting experience aboard SEAS THE DAY. Her professional career at sea began in 2011, taking her aboard luxury sailing yachts, motor yachts and catamarans throughout the Mediterranean.

Over the years, Srdjana has worked aboard an impressive selection of yachts, including a Sunreef 60 and Lagoon 62, as well as luxury motor yachts up to 49m. With a background in Mediterranean agricultural studies and culinary training through MasterChef Croatia, she has developed a particular appreciation for fresh ingredients and Mediterranean cuisine. Beyond yachting, she also works as a private chef in luxury villas throughout Istria and the Kvarner region.

Joining SEAS THE DAY as stewardess for the 2027 charter season, Srdjana combines her experience in luxury hospitality with a passion for creating a welcoming atmosphere aboard. From preparing delicious breakfasts and light Mediterranean lunches to ensuring that every guest feels comfortable and well cared for, she brings warmth, professionalism and attention to detail to life at sea.

When she is not welcoming guests aboard or creating culinary experiences, Srdjana enjoys travelling, exploring new gastronomic destinations and spending time outdoors. Her curiosity for different cultures and cuisines brings a personal dimension to her hospitality, making every charter aboard SEAS THE DAY feel that little bit more special.
