His extensive background includes luxury private yachts, charter operations, yacht deliveries, and sailing instruction. He is passionate about preparing fresh, flavorful dishes while maintaining the highest standards of food safety, hygiene, and presentation.
He is experienced in Mediterranean, Greek, and international cuisine, with a strong understanding of menu planning, food preparation, portion control, inventory management, and cost-conscious kitchen operations.
Stewardess/Deckhand: Ina Lapa
Ina is a dedicated and personable Stewardess with a background in both hospitality and guest service. Having worked aboardcatamarans in Mykonos as well as serving as an air crew stewardess, she brings exceptional attention to detail, professionalism, and the ability to anticipate guests' needs in fast-paced, high-end environments.
