His wealth of experience and keen insights allow him to guide guests to some of the most enchanting destinations.

Embracing adventure and novelty, Rubin thrives in diverse environments and pursuits. Whether it’s hiking, spearfishing, diving, road trips, or a round of golf, he finds joy in the great outdoors. His yachting career began as crew chef on M/Y Aviva (68m and 98m), followed by sous chef roles on M/Y Saint Nicolas (75m), M/Y Moca (65m) and M/Y Constance (60m+). He has also worked as chef aboard M/Y Persistance, where he returned this past summer. From beautifully plated seafood to fresh Latin-inspired flavors, his dishes are as stunning to look at as they are to eat.

Fluent in English and Spanish, Alvaro loves sharing his food with guests.
